　nest Retreat Atamiは、合計8室ベッドルーム5室を擁する一棟貸しヴィラです。2025年にリノベーションを終え、屋外バレルサウナやカラオケ・映画鑑賞などの可能な防音ルームも用意しております。3階のお部屋やバルコニーからは熱海市の海と花火と街のきらめきを見渡せます。

 nest Retreat Atami is a rental villa with a total of eight rooms and five bedrooms. Renovated in 2025, it also offers an outdoor barrel sauna and soundproof rooms where you can sing karaoke or watch movies. From the rooms and balconies on the third floor, you can enjoy views of the ocean, fireworks, and sparkling city of Atami.

 Please use this as a place to create memories with your precious friends.

　当施設ではこれまでBBQ設備をご利用いただいておりましたが、近隣の方々へのご迷惑を考慮し、2025年7月より敷地内でのBBQ（持ち込み機材によるBBQを含む）を全面的に禁止させていただくこととなりました。また、手持ち花火を含め禁止とさせて頂いております。

　楽しみにされていたお客さまには誠に申し訳ございませんが、地域との共存・施設の継続的な運営のため、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

 We regret to inform you that, starting from July 2025, the use of BBQ equipment on our premises—including any personal BBQ gear brought in by guests—will be strictly prohibited. This decision has been made out of consideration for our neighbors and the surrounding community. Additionally, handheld fireworks are also not permitted.

 We sincerely apologize to guests who were looking forward to enjoying BBQs during their stay. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain harmony with the local community and ensure the continued operation of our facility.​​
